朗盛计划以14亿欧元的价格把橡胶合资公司股权出售给沙特阿美标牌条幅

中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯8月8日消息，德国朗盛公司周三表示，公司将作价约14亿欧元（约合16.2亿美元）把所持Arlanxeo合成橡胶合资公司50%的股权转让给沙特阿拉伯国家石油频闪灯公司(沙特阿美)。

沙特阿美将成为Arlanxeo的唯一所有者。Arlanxeo成立于2016年，当时朗盛开始把业务重心从低利润率的通用化学品转向利润较丰厚的专用化学品。

朗盛表示，朗盛与沙特阿美最初为双方的合作关系设置了一段到20热管21年的锁定期。不过，目前预计上述股权转让交易将于2018年年底前完成。

朗盛表示，计划将交易所得用于增强财务基础并降低净负债。

朗盛称，Arlanxeo估值约30亿欧元，2017年销售额达97亿欧元。

Lanxess to Sell Rubber JV Stake to Aramco for EUR1.4 Bln

Lanxess AG (LXS.XE) said Wednes九分裤day that it will sell its 50% stake in the Arlanxeo synthetic-rubber joint venture to Saudi Arabian Oil Co. for around 1.4 billion euros ($1.62 billion).

Saudi Aramco will become the sole owner of Arlanxeo, which was set up in 2016 as part of Lanxess's pivot away from low-margin commodity chemicals toward more profitable specialty business lines.

The two companies had originally planned a lock-up period until 2021 for both partners, Lanx汽车精品ess said. However, the transaction is now expected to close by the end of 2018.

Lanxess said it plans to use the proceeds to strengthen its financial basis and reduce net financial debt.

The Arlanxeo business is valued at around EUR3 billion and had sales of EUR9.7 billion in 2017, Lanxess said.
